Fixed bugs across existing client codebases, including concurrency and data-integrity issues, and refactored them with security hardening in mind.
Reworked Google and Apple OAuth sign-in and handled the differences in what each provider exposes (email, profile data, and when).
Set up scoped API-key authentication with fine-grained permissions.
Set up presigned multipart uploads for large files with server-side magic-byte content validation and automated malware scanning on upload.
Set up CI/CD pipelines with gated deployments (database migration first, then a health check) and cleared critical and high infrastructure-scanner findings.
Added alerting and log tooling on cloud infrastructure, and patched existing infrastructure for security.
Wrote an article on saving costs by moving from AWS S3 to Cloudflare R2.
Handled client calls, including walking clients through infrastructure and technical trade-offs.

Volunteer, BEST Kyiv

Main developer of the registration site (frontend and API), written mostly by hand.
Built Telegram bots, including team formation with embeddings-based matchmaking. I learned the Bot API and wrote the team-formation bot's foundation myself, then used AI for the rest.
Wrote DB-driven reconciliation scripts that tracked who had joined the event's Telegram group and invited the rest, covering all 600 participants.
